Join us for an evening to celebrate the Ninth Annual $15,000 Preliminary Challenge competition May 27 at 6PM (check in starts at 5:30).

Get your tickets before they sell out the competition for the Preliminary Challenge will begin on Friday May 26 with Dressage, evaluated by a panel of two judges. Cross-Country will take place on Saturday morning May 27, and the show jumping finale will take place over a specially designed show jumping course starting Saturday evening. The top 10 in the two sections of the Preliminary Challenge will start show jumping following the opening ceremonies just after 6 p.m. The opening festivities will include a parade of the nearby Los Altos Hounds, singing of the national anthem, and other highlights. The awards ceremony, and a dinner and dancing gala to celebrate the evening will conclude the festivities.

The gala party to celebrate the evening will start at 6PM (check in starts at 5:30) and takes place in heated arena side tent seating overlooking the final show jumping rounds of the Preliminary Challenge. Dinner will be provided by ABC Catering. Complimentary coupons for beer and wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea are included with the dinner tickets. Tickets are $60 per person and $40 for riders entered in other Woodside divisions, if you are competing in the other divisions and would like to attend please purchase ticket with your entry. Tables for 10 people are available for $550 until May 19th then tables prices will go up.
